​By enrolling in a Vital Alignment LLC membership, you agree to the following terms: Memberships are valid for in-suite sessions only and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers. A 3-month minimum commitment is required, after which the membership continues month-to-month until canceled in writing with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing date. To cancel, members must email vitalalignmentllc@gmail.com. One massage credit is provided per month (60, 90, or 120 minutes depending on tier) and includes one free add-on per session. If a monthly massage is unused, the credit rolls over for up to one additional month before expiring. 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid forfeiting that month’s credit. Unused credits will roll over for up to two (2) months before you lose the credit. Membership fees are automatically billed each month, and declined payments may result in suspension of benefits. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Members receive a monthly wellness newsletter and exclusive access to member-only offers. Vital Alignment LLC reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ written notice.
